Trade Mission Coordination and Logistics:

MILA assists foreign governments, embassies, economic development organizations, trade associations and industrial groups in the development of trade missions in Mexico. MILA supports from the design and planning stage through the final execution and development. MILA assists with date and venue selection, supplier negotiations, budget planning, events planning and coordination, transportation and logistics, agenda development and coordination, invitations and registry, and matchmaking services. MILA’s experience in Trade Mission Coordination has included foreign Governors, Secretaries of State, Business Development Organizations and industry-specific groups. MILA has managed trade missions including over 50 simultaneous participants with different interests who follow their own agendas and converge for specific events always seeking to maximize the value and experience for each participant.
